In child sex abuse , an adult or older adolescent uses a child for sexual stimulation. It includes asking or pressuring a child to engage in sexual activities, indecent exposure of the genitals and female nipples to a child with intent to fulfill own sexual desires, using a child to produce child pornography etc. Child sexual abuse has been reported up to 80,000 times a year, but the number of unreported instances is far greater because the children are afraid to tell anyone what has happened. The effects of child sexual abuse can cause depression, mental disorder anxiety and many other problems.
